DEPENDANT DOCUMENTS (OVER 18)
Documents for Dependants over 18:
Please note that this dependant must either be:
- over 18 but under 23 and is dependent on you or your partner, or
- over 23 but unable to support themselves due to physical or cognitive limitations and is dependent on you or your partner
The following documents must be provided for the dependent:
- all Identity Documents (includes valid passport copy, identity photographs, national ID, etc.)
- documents about their other relationships, if applicable
- police certificate
- To prove the dependent’s dependency on your, you can provide:
- their birth certificate to prove your relationship with the dependent,
- you must provide Bank Statements, Money Transfers, Rent Receipts, etc. to prove that their financial dependency on you
If the individual is 23 years old or is anticipated to reach that age during the processing of your application, it is necessary
to submit a statement from a qualified medical professional confirming their dependence on you or your partner.
