DEPENDANT DOCUMENTS (UNDER 18)

General Documents

If you have a dependent child under, then you must provide the following:

• identity documents (copy of valid passport along with a recent identity photograph, national identity card if available, etc.) 
• birth certificate or any other such document to prove your relationship with your dependant
• police certificate, if the dependant is 16 or 17 years of age
• adoption papers or parental court orders, if applicable
• evidence of enrolment at school, college or university, if applicable
• evidence of sole custody, if applicable
